Thermal Analysis
We are assisted by Heat Transfer Simulation Software technology, which Flixo Pro Program produces thermal analyses for window frames. It automatically calculates a frame U value (Uf) for constructions which fulfil all requirements of standard EN ISO 10077-2. This application allows us to precisely model the profile geometry according to user-specific needs.
Rapid Prototyping
To secure an optimised profile design from the early stages and significantly accelerate your system development process we offer rapid prototyping services.
The quality of 3D profile prototypes are comparable to the final polyamide profile. They can be applied and tested for functional characteristics before the serial extrusion instrument is released

Prototype extrusion and Final Product Design
On request, we can produce initial individual samples of developed profiles for the final testing before you start the serial production process, and, if needed, we can also consult your staff on the product installation process.
After product quality testing is completed and the extrusion tool is assembled we offer efficient and flexible production in different volumes and short delivery periods. Upon request, we can develop an individual logistics concept with different returnable or non-returnable packaging options.
